In the FertighausWelt Günzburg, a modern suburban housing estate made up of 17 sustainable model houses has been modeled.
The largest and most modern model house development in Europe was built on the 25,000 m² area within 6 months.
The belgrano® natural stones from the Berliner Steincontor BESCO were supplied in all imaginable variations for the spacious outdoor areas.
In order to create a homogeneous overall picture, the landscape architect Jochen Brehm chose the belgrano® natural stones made of granite and gabbro for the design of the paths, the park, the artificial stream, the seating elements, as well as for the terraces of the model houses.
