belgrano® Natural Stone for the Future: Revitalizing the Old Town

The old town area, characterized by historic half-timbered houses, was to become a defining center of identity while reflecting the city’s connection to nature. The cohesive design highlights the historic buildings, while the expansive paving and strategically placed seating elements made of belgrano® natural stone create a versatile, usable space.

A special highlight is the new staircase that connects the town with the Lamme River, making the river more accessible. The redesigned Lamme Garden offers an idyllic retreat and has become a popular gathering spot, attracting both locals and visitors while supporting local trade and gastronomy.
