We at BESCO are actively involved in the public discourse to ensure that fair trade and CO2 offsets are prescribed for all natural stone imports. In close cooperation with the non-profit climate protection organization myclimate, we have been compensating for all project-related CO2 emissions since 2019 and from 2020. This applies to container deliveries from the shipping port to Germany and truck deliveries from the production site to Germany.

This is the only way organizations like WIN = WIN and myclimate can be financed and work effectively. We see working with such NPOs as the most efficient and transparent way to make our value chain ecologically and socially responsible. Your trust in us is our greatest asset and at the same time the greatest incentive. For this reason, we like to take important issues into our own hands. One thing is particularly important to us in our day-to-day work: to reliably implement your ideas with the necessary resources and to support exciting projects in Germany, Europe and worldwide. That is why we see it as one of our main tasks to make the entire value chain future-oriented and ecologically valuable.
