high quality road surface made of natural stone

In a total of 3 construction phases, approx. 22,000 m² of new belgrano® city flooring was laid and classic streets were transformed into a traffic-calmed meeting zone. The modern, high-quality road surface made of three-colored belgrano® granite was laid without edge stones in a herringbone pattern and, together with the tactile guidance system for the blind and the level access to all shops, ensures barrier-free access.

The granite chosen by the Berliner Steincontors corresponds to the desired technical specifications, is frost-proof and extremely robust. The high processing quality and precise processing of the paving stones was emphasized several times by those involved. Even the mayor of Hohenems, Mr Dieter Egger, can only say good things about the belgrano® granite: “With the new, high-quality road surface, we are creating one of the most beautiful, if not the most beautiful, inner city in Vorarlberg.”
